Andorra
About the flag
Andorra's flag has three vertical bands of blue, yellow and red, with the middle band slightly wider than the other two. The coat of arms in the centre combines the symbols of Andorra's two co-princes, the Bishop of Urgell and, historically, the Counts of Foix, whose role passed to the President of France. Beneath the shield runs the Latin motto "Virtus Unita Fortior": strength united is stronger.
