Terms of use

These terms explain the use of AtlasGenie and its Premium plan. They do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.

You must be at least 13 to use AtlasGenie. At first sign-in, you must confirm that you are 13 or older and accept these Terms and the Privacy policy. AtlasGenie is not directed at children under 13. Sign-in uses Google or an email magic link; keep access to your email or Google account secure.

Guests can play three games per local day, plus the daily challenge separately. A regular game counts when its first round appears, including if you quit. All modes, regions and difficulty levels are available without Premium.

Premium includes unlimited games, no ads and account-saved stats and bests. The plan is $1.99 per month or $11.99 per year; Paddle’s checkout shows the final total and any applicable taxes before you pay. An account without an active subscription uses the guest allowance and retains read-only saved stats.

Paddle is the merchant of record and sells Premium under its buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically on the selected monthly or yearly cycle unless cancelled before the next renewal.

Use Manage subscription in your account to open Paddle’s customer portal and cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the paid period ends unless Paddle confirms otherwise, for example following a refund. The renewal or end date is shown in your account. Refund requests follow the Refund policy, Paddle’s buyer terms and applicable consumer rights.

Use AtlasGenie lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another person’s account or private data, exploit payment or scoring systems, distribute malicious code, or copy and redistribute material contrary to its licence. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service or investigate misuse.

We work hard to make questions accurate, but geography, official names, languages and flags can change. Simplified maps are learning tools, not navigation or legal boundary references. Please report mistakes to hello@atlasgenie.world.

We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every fact is error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability or statutory rights where doing so would be unlawful.

Our Privacy policy explains device storage and account data. You can download your profile, games and personal bests from your account. Deletion is available when you have no active subscription: cancel first and wait until it ends. Deleting an account or clearing browser storage does not cancel a subscription or erase records that must be retained for billing.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they apply where required by law or Paddle’s terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply where you live. Paddle’s buyer terms separately govern the purchase transaction. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@atlasgenie.world.
