About the flag

Slovenia's flag is three horizontal stripes of white, blue and red, with the coat of arms in the top corner by the flagpole. The coat of arms shows Mount Triglav, the country's highest peak, in white above two wavy blue lines for the rivers and sea, with three gold stars taken from the arms of the Counts of Celje. The flag was adopted in 1991.
